Ms. Singh, I've attached a letter from Eric Bowen of Tellurian Biodiesel, Inc. urging support for an acceleration of the implementation schedule for California's Low Carbon Fuel Standard. As the letter states, Tellurian is a leader in California's Biodiesel industry, which produces the majority of its fuel from recycled sources and offers a model of environmental sustainability that can be a key component in decreasing California's dependence on foreign oil, meeting the requirements of AB32, and creating much needed green jobs.
