LCFS Team, Sempra Energy generally supports the comments provided by the California Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition (CNGVC) and the California Electric Transportation Coalition (CalETC) on the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) proposed concept outline dated March 2008. In lieu of sending you a separate letter reiterating the points raised by each Coalition, we would simply like to let you know we fully support the comments enumerated by each group. Our position concerning carbon intensity calculation is set forth in my letter to John Courtis dated June 9, 2008.
