To Whom It May Concern, I intend to comment on the draft rice management protocol, however, I am currently too busy with other activities to properly review it by the deadline. If that is ok, I will submit detailed comments within the next few weeks. My expertise in this matter stems from my previous work as a postdoctoral researcher. In that post, I worked in the San Franciso- San Joaquin Delta measuring CO2 and CH4 fluxes using the eddy covariance method. My work was performed in one rice field, as well as several other land use types. thank you, Laurie Koteen, Ph.D.
