Comment:
Please support 80% of California's global warming pollution being under a cap-and-trade system by 1020. CARB should require California's local air districts to develop ISRs to control emissions from new developments. We support CARB's preliminary recommendation that the state immediately adopt a 33% RPS by 2020. Thank you.
