Dear Ms. Nichols, I encourage you to take stronger global warming actions such as the three listed below: 1) We need a well-designed cap and trade program. 2) We need an "Indirect Source Rule" (ISR). 3) We need Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS). Please do all you can to take California in the right direction to fight global warming so that future generations have a chance to enjoy the earth that we so enjoy. Thank you.
