Hello Mary Nichols, I am writing to urge you to consider initiatives to help California cut its contributions to global warming. Some of the most important plans to be made are : a well-designed cap-and-trade program, an "Indirect Source Rule" (ISR) to control emissions from development projects and a new Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to increase clean energy in our state. Pushing for these changes will make California a leader in the fight against global warming and a role model for other states to follow. Thank you, Stacey R. Scott
