Subject: Global warming scoping plan
Comment:
Dear Mary, I'm calling on you to request the largest possible cap and trade program, hopefully at least 80% of all global warming emissions in California will be included in the plan by 2020. I also recommend that indirect pollution from development projects be included by an Indirect Source Rule. Finally, we must encourage renewables by having a 33% Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) by 2020. Thank you for giving California the strongest scoping plan possible. Let's take the lead in the nation!
