Subject: Fight Global Warming
Comment:
There is absolutely nothing more important on this planet than that we should fight global warming. For this we need good leaders and good government at all levels. Please include as many sources as possible in a cap-and-trade system. Please also ensure that tahere is control of emissions from indirect sources of development projects and please ensure that all local districts develop Indirect Source Rules to control emissions from indirect sources at the local level.
