Dear Mary Nichols, I am writing to express my concerns regarding what California can do to minimize global warming. We need to establish a limit on pollution from California's largest sources to guarantee the environmental results needed. We need an "Indirect Source Rule" to control emissions from development projects. We need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard to increase clean energy in our state, requiring that a percentage of all energy sold in California be generated from renewable resources. Every state needs to take proper action to reduce the effects of global warming. Thank you for your cooperation. Rosy Morales
