Please know how important the following three issues are to California's future and to our groundbreaking efforts to fight global warming: 1)We need a well-designed cap-and-trade program.2)We need an "Indirect Source Rule" (ISR) to control emissions from development projects. And finally 3)We need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to increase clean energy in our state. Thank you!!
