Subject: California's plan for Global Warming
Comment:
With the rate at which the global warming crisis increases, we need to take the appropriate measures to thwart a crises the likes of which has not been seen before in history. A higher RPS standard, a viable cap-and-trade program, ISR rules and a strong commitment to renewable energy would be a necessary start. I urge you to continue California's tradition of leading the nation in progressive legislature.
