To Whom It May Concern:
As a citizen of Redlands, California, I agree with Environmental
Defense that the following three issues are important to
California's future and to our efforts to fight global warming:
We need a well-designed cap-and-trade program.
We need an "Indirect Source Rule" (ISR) to control emissions from
development projects.
We need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to increase clean
energy in our state.
