Ms. Nichols, I am writing to urge that the following measures are included in the A.B. 32 Scoping Plan. 1. A cap-and-trade program similar to the one just instituted by the Northeastern States. 2. An Indirect Source Rule to control emissions from development projects. 3. A Renewable Portfolio Standard to increase use of clean energy. Thank you, Pete
