As a concerned resident of California, I wish to express my strong concerns about our environment. Regarding the "plan", I feel it must include the most effectual cap-and-trade possible.The proposed Indirect Source Rule is truly an important part of this plan.We also need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard, as the current target of 10% by 2010 should at least go to 33% by 2020, as recommended by CARB.
