Subject: increase renewable energy
Comment:
California is in the position to lead the nation and lead the world in renewable energy. 33% is not enough. I believe we can get close to 100% of our energy from renewables, especially including our geothermal access. PHEV's powered by this clean energy will greatly reduce our emissions.
