With regard to AB 32 I request that lesgislation: Make sure that low-income communities are not harmed. • Use funds generated by AB 32 to invest in "green jobs" training and education programs in low-income communities. • Prohibit giving away free pollution credits to companies. Make sure polluters pay the full cost of the pollution they create.
