Comment:
Please support a well-designed cap-and-trade program to help control global warming. This program should include the many sources of pollution so that 80 percent of the majority of sources are included by 2020. We need an "Indirect Source Rule" (ISR) to control emissions from development projects including new developments. Most importantly, we need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to increase clean energy in our state. Help make California the leader in reducing global warming pollution. Thank you.
