Subject: AB 32 Scoping Plan
Comment:
Please ensure that California supports significant, real change in order to help the impending threats of global warming. The following things need to be included in AB 32's Scoping Plan: *80% of California's global warming pollution should be under a cap-and-trade program by 2020. *CARB needs to require local air districts to develop Indirect Source Rules to limit emissions from new development projects. *California needs to adopt a 33% Renewable Portfolio St Standard by 2030 so that our state can truly be a leader in supporting alternative/renewable energy resources.
