Comment:
We need in California the strongest Global Warming laws and actions to offset the huge problem we see facing the world. Our leadership in the work we are doing to help the living creatures survive needs to be proactive and immediate. We need a well designed cap and trade program. We need an Indirect Source Rule (ISR) to control emissions from development projects.We need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to increase clean energy in our state. California has been an environmental leader and we need to keep this momentum up so the rest of the country and the world sees that we are serious. Every life on this Planet depends on our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint. I know we can do this! Thank You.
