Let's lead the way, to clean air, reduced asthma in children, environmental technology, renewable resources, and a green economy. CARB should include as many sources as possible in a cap-and-trade system. 80% of California's global warming pollution should be under a cap-and-trade system by 2020. CARB should require California's local air districts to develop ISRs to control emissions from new developments. I support CARB's preliminary recommendation that the state immediately adopt a 33% RPS by 2020.
