Subject: Strengthen CA's initiatives to combat global warming
Comment:
I am writing to urge that California makes a strong stand in fighting global warming with a significant dedication of resources. CARB is definitely an important step in the right direction, but please make certain the following elements are included in the plan: ==CARB should include as many sources as possible in a cap-and-trade system. ==CARB should require California's local air districts to develop ISRs to control emissions from new developments. ==CARB's preliminary recommendation of a 33% RPS by 2020 should absolutely be put into effect! Please consider my comments and strong endorsement for the CARB plan taking a heavy-handed approach to reversing the effects of global warming.
