I support CARB's preliminary recommendation that the state immediately adopt a 33% RPS by 2020, though we may regreat not having done it faster. This is my primary concern with proposals, though a well-designed cap and trade policy oes hand in hand with this. The future isn't looking too bright for our children and grandchildren. (And, what's wrong with the rigt margin of your form?)
