Dear Chair Nichols and Members of the Air Resources Board: We thank you for your dedicated and tireless work in addressing the implementation of AB 32. We think this plan represents a critical milestone in addressing the overwhelming challenge of Global Climate Change. As members of the Local Government Commission, primarily elected officials, we would like to submit the attached suggestions on the scoping plan.
