Subject: Deposit on cans, bottles, etc

In CA. we have the CRV on "some items". Shouldn't all the stuff get recylced. Put the deposit (in CA the CRV) on ALL glass bottles & even jars, ALL plastic bottles, etc. You get my point. The side effect is that for the people that trash their environment, they is somebody looking to get the money by picking up the litter.
