To all interested parties, the California Air Resources Board
invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss the
development of a usage and privacy policy for the operation of an
Automatic License Plate Reader. This workshop will discuss ARB’s
use of an Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) and its
associated privacy and usage policy.

The Enforcement Division discussed holding a workgroup meeting on
March 3, 2017, where the enforcement policy, and the ALPR would
be discussed.  It was decided that the workgroup meeting to
discuss changes to the enforcement policy will be rescheduled to
a later date to accommodate those stakeholders who expressed
interest in participating, but are not able to attend on March
3rd.  Further information about upcoming workgroup meetings
regarding the enforcement policy will be announced at a later
date.
