The Air Resources Board will conduct a public meeting at the time
and place noted below to consider adopting the 2016 Air Quality
Management Plan (2016 AQMP) for the South Coast Air Basin and the
Coachella Valley.  The 2016 AQMP addresses the 75 part per
billion (ppb) 8 hour ozone ambient air quality standard
(standard) and the 12 µg/m3 annual and the 35 µg/m3 24-hour fine
particulate matter  standard.  The 2016 AQMP also updates
attainment demonstrations and other planning requirements for the
80 ppb 8-hour and 1 hour ozone standards.  If adopted, ARB will
submit the 2016 AQMP to the United States Environmental
Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) as a revision to the California
State Implementation Plan

in writing at the meeting and may provide comments by postal mail

by the Board, written comments not physically submitted at the
meeting, must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., March 20,
