The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) will conduct a public meeting at the time and place noted below to consider the adoption of the attainment contingency measures for the 75 parts per billion (ppb) 8-hour ozone standard in the Coachella Valley. If adopted, ARB will submit the contingency measures to the United States Environmental Protection Agency as a revision to the California State Implementation Plan. DATE: April 27, 2017 TIME: 9:00 a.m. LOCATION: California Environmental Protection Agency Air Resources Board Byron Sher Auditorium, 2nd Floor 1001 I Street Sacramento, California 95814 WEBCAST: http://www.cal-span.org/ This item may be considered at a one-day meeting of the Board, which will commence at 9:00 a.m., April 27, 2017. This item is scheduled to be heard on the Board’s Consent Calendar. All agenda items on the Consent Calendar – unless removed upon the request of a Board member or if someone in the audience submits a request-to-speak card on that item – will be voted on by the Board at the beginning of the public meeting. WRITTEN COMMENT PERIOD AND SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS Interested members of the public may present comments orally or in writing at the meeting and may provide comments by postal mail or by electronic submittal before the meeting.
