What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) will conduct a public
meeting at the time and place noted below to consider the
adoption of an update to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution
Control District (District) PM10 Maintenance Plan (Update).  If
the update is adopted, ARB will submit the plan update to the
United States Environmental Protection Agency as a revision to
the California State Implementation Plan.

This item may be considered at a one-day meeting of the Board,
which will commence at 9:00 a.m., April 27, 2017.  This item is
scheduled to be heard on the Board’s Consent Calendar.  All
agenda items on the Consent Calendar – unless removed upon the
request of a Board member or if someone in the audience submits a
request to speak card on that item – will be voted on by the
Board at the beginning of the public. 

WRITTEN COMMENT PERIOD AND SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS 

Interested members of the public may present comments orally or
in writing at the meeting and may provide comments by postal mail
or by electronic submittal before the meeting.  To be considered
by the Board, written comments not physically submitted at the
meeting, must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, April
