The Air Resources Board website was down on Friday, January 4 due to the large storm that swept Northern California. That storm knocked out power to the California Environmental Protection Agency headquarters building in downtown Sacramento. The comment period for the 15-Day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of Additional Documents for the Proposed In-Use Off-Road Diesel Regulation had been scheduled to close on January 4, but because the website was unavailable that day, ARB staff will be accepting comments until Tuesday, January 8. We apologize for any inconvenience.
