The ARB Board meeting to consider the Proposition 1B: Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program is rescheduled for February 28-29, 2008 in Sacramento. We are continuing to receive comments on the draft staff report and project specifications, and are working through the remaining issues to ensure the successful implementation of this Program. We will hold at least one public workshop after the release of the Guidelines in February. We appreciate your input on this Program, and look forward to the ongoing dialogue.
