This message is to inform you that the Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products was approved on April 18, 2008 by the California Office of Administrative Law (OAL). The regulation has been filed with the Secretary of State to be codified into the California Code of Regulations (CCR) and is immediately effective. Minor changes were made to the final regulation.
