Revised Anticipated Schedule for Completion of the Air Cleaner Regulation This notice is to update you regarding the revised anticipated schedule for completion of our regulation that will limit ozone emissions from indoor air cleaning devices, per AB 2276. We now anticipate release of our final regulation and related materials in early May, 2008 for a final 15-day public review of the revised elements, and an effective date for the regulation in June, 2008. Accordingly, we have updated our webpage at http://www.arb.ca.gov/research/indoor/aircleaners/aircleaners.htm to reflect this revised timeframe.
