What's New List Serve Post Display

This notice is yet another clarification regarding the
notification requirements for engines registered in PERP. The
previous notices were regarding the requirement to notify the
local air district once a piece of registered portable equipment
is moved into that air district.  That notification requirement
should not be confused with the requirement to contact your
designated home district within 45 days after a registration has
been issued to arrange for an inspection. 

All applicable requirements are listed on the operating
conditions which should be reviewed carefully.
