Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) ATCM update on pending US EPA waiver approval. The California Air Resources Board (ARB) has posted a TRU ATCM Status Update for June 2008 on the Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/diesel/tru.htm. This document provides a brief overview of and periodic update on the implementation of the TRU Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) and includes a discussion of the ARB’s enforcement policy, pending U.S. EPA’s waiver approval.
