What's New List Serve Post Display

Hello CARBIS Steering Committee and ARB Staff who Need to know
about Changes made to the ARBOutside Templates:

The CARBIS Steering Subcommittee working on the new portal
templates have changed the ARBOutside templates in three ways. 
All changes are to the include files as we have done the
following:

1. "Site Map" is now called "A-Z Index".
2. "Board" in the left hand nav bar used to have two subordinate
links to Future and Past meetings.  These subordinate links are
gone.
3.  Also in the left nav bar, the link formerly called "Fact
Sheets, Brochures, and Videos" is now called Fact Sheets, FAQs,
and Videos.
