The Final Rulemaking Package for the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation was filed with the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on September 5, 2008. The package is available at http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2007/chc07/chc07.htm. OAL has until October 17, 2008 to make a determination. The package includes the following: * Executive Order R-08-007; * Final Regulation Orders; * Final Statement of Reasons (FSOR); * Notice of Decision and Response to Significant Environmental Issues; and * Updated Informative Digest. The FSOR includes ARB's responses to all responsive comments received during the two public comment periods.
