What's New List Serve Post Display

We have posted the presentations for the upcoming ORIAG meeting
and a guidance document on the definition of agricultural

The ORIAG meeting will be held on Friday, September 26, in
Sacramento.  The meeting will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00
p.m. in Training Room 1 (East and West).  Further information

ARB staff has written a guidance document to clarify the
definition of “agricultural operations” used in the in-use
off-road diesel vehicle regulation. Vehicles used for
agricultural operations are exempt from the regulation.  The
document summarizes relevant definitions and provides examples
of vehicles and activities that are “agricultural operations”.
