This is to notify you that the ARB Document Management System (DMS) will not be accessible starting at 4:30 pm PDT on Friday, April 20, 2007 for UPS upgrading. We expect that the DMS will return on-line by 12:00 p.m. PDT on Sunday, April 22, 2007. In addition, the DMS will be down next week from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. PDT starting on Tuesday April 24 through Friday April 27 for Network upgrading.
