As part of its outreach efforts to the regulated community, staff of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the initial list of mills producing CARB compliant composite wood panels. The list was developed in cooperation with CARB approved Third Party Certifier and is for informational purposes only. The list is intended to help facilitate the regulated community's transition to the new emission standards set to take effect on January 1, 2009.
