Please read the following important message below regarding
access to Proposed In-Use Off-Road Diesel regulatory materials
between the dates of April 20-22. 

NOTE:
Please be aware that the ARB website will be undergoing some
maintenance during late Friday through the weekend on the dates
of April 20-22. The Proposed In-Use Off-Road Diesel related
items will be available on a temporary ARB website from Friday
the 20th mid-day until sometime Sunday the 22nd for the public
to download at the following link:

After the website maintenance is completed sometime Sunday the
22nd, please visit our normally accessible Proposed In-Use
Off-Road Diesel regulatory documents website below for these
items. The upcoming Board meeting will occur on May 24, 2007.

During this maintenance period, you will not be able to file
your public Board comments electronically, but again this
