We have posted the 15-Day "Notice of Public Availability of
Modified Text for the Proposed Regulation for the AB 118 Air
Quality Guidelines for the Air Quality Improvement Program and
the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology
Program. These documents and the associated "formal" regulatory

materials can be accessed from our website at the address:

The modifications are open for public comment until November 12,
2008.
