TRU ATCM Status Update. The California Air Resources Board (ARB)
has posted a TRU ATCM Status Update for December 2008 on the
Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) website at:

This document provides a brief overview of and periodic update
on the implementation of the TRU ATCM and includes an update on
the ARB Identification Number (IDN) Application and Operator
Report deadline delay, U.S. EPA’s waiver approval, ARB’s
enforcement policy pending U.S. EPA’s authorization approval,
Verified Diesel Emissions Control Strategy (VDECS) verifications,
and compliance option information.
