An Enforcement Advisory has been issued for owners and operators
of mobile cargo handling equipment at ports and intermodal rail
yards. 
 

The advisory contains important information regarding the status
of the U.S. EPA waiver and authorization request and how it
affects enforcement of the retrofit component of the Cargo
Handling Equipment Regulation.  Additionally, the advisory
provides updated information regarding retired equipment still
left on-site after the required compliance date.  The advisory is
