The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved the
Rulemaking to Consider Adoption of New Emission Standards, Fleet
Requirements, and Test Procedures for Forklifts and Other
Industrial Equipment
(http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/lore2006/lore2006.htm)  The
rulemaking will become law on May 12, 2007.
