arbcombo -- March 4 2009: AB 118 Enhanced Fleet Modernization Program Public Workshop

ARB staff invites you to participate in a public workshop on March 4 in Sacramento to present and receive comments on draft regulatory language for a new voluntary vehicle retirement program for light-duty vehicles. The new program, referred to as the Enhanced Fleet Modernization Program (EFMP), was authorized by Assembly Bill 118 (Nunez) and will be administered by BAR, starting January 1, 2010. The workshop notice can be found on ARB's website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aqip/efmp.htm The workshop will be held at the Cal/EPA building at 1001 I Street in Sacramento starting at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
