reactivity -- RRAC meeting announcement

The ARB's Reactivity Scientific Advisory Committee (RSAC) and Reactivity Research Advisory Committee (RRAC) will meet on Wednesday March 25, 2009 in Sacramento. The RSAC will meet 9 AM – noon to discuss a peer review of the SAPRC-07 chemical mechanism and its derived tables of Maximum Incremental Reactivity (MIR) values. The RRAC will meet 1 - 5 PM to discuss reactivity-related activities on various sources, recent reactivity research, VOC exemption requests, and plans to amend MIR/bin values.
