harborcraft -- Adobe Acrobat (pdf) version for Commercial Harbor Craft Reporting Forms

An adobe Acrobat (pdf) version of the Commercial Harbor Craft reporting forms is now available to assist commercial harbor craft owners and operators in complying with the reporting requirements of the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation. If you don't have Microsoft Excel, please download the Adobe Acrobat version at http://www.arb.ca.gov/ports/marinevess/documents/chcreport.pdf If using the Adobe Acrobat version, you will need to print the form, fill it out, and mail or fax it to us. The related information can be accessed on our website below: http://www.arb.ca.gov/ports/marinevess/harborcraft/reporting.htm As a reminder, all commercial harbor craft with diesel engines operating within California Regulated Waters must file an initial report by March 31, 2009 (a one-month grace period has been administratively granted from the February 28th reporting deadline).
