Special Advisory Regarding Enhanced Vapor Recovery Equipment Upgrade. An enforcement advisory has been issued to alert Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDFs) about the April 1, 2009 deadline for GDFs to upgrade equipment in order to reduce gasoline vapor emissions and comply with Enhanced Vapor Recovery regulations.
