The Air Resources Board would like to inform you that the public
hearing to consider the adoption of the proposed Enhanced Fleet
Modernization Program (EFMP) Regulation is now  scheduled for the
June 25 and 26, 2009 Board Hearing.  Also, the EFMP staff report
and regulatory language will be made available for public comment
on 
May 8, 2009.

The Board Hearing will be held at the Cal/EPA building at 1001 I
Street in Sacramento and will commence at 9:00 a.m., Thursday,
June 25, 2009, and may continue at 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 26,
2009. This item may not be considered until June 26, 2009. Please
consult the agenda for the meeting, which will be available at
least 10 days before June 25, 2009, to determine the day on which
this item will be considered.
