The California Air Resources Board Rail Yard Agreement Web page. http://www.arb.ca.gov/railyard/ryagreement/ryagreement.htm has been updated with the new information: This is the third semi-annual meeting being convened by the California Air Resources Board (ARB) as part of the Statewide Rail Yard Agreement. The purpose of this meeting is to to discuss potential future emission control measures to reduce railroad emissions. This meeting will be held in Sacramento, California on Thursday, June 6, 2007.
